Job descriptionInteract with customers and provide excellent advisory on flowers selection, pricing and customization Learn flower skills to create arrangements for on the spot purchase Ensure items and fridge-displays are neat and attractive Opening, closing and cashing up of store Keep shop clean, tidy, safe and inviting Work well with team members Assist to train new staff / interns Friendly and Positive attitude Customer-Oriented Hardworking and responsible Willing to pick up new skills Basic computer skills Eligible to work in Singapore WITHOUT application for work pass Welfare benefits and annual gatherings Birthday Leave and voucher Child-Education benefits ( for parents ) Staff discounts on food, cafe merchandise and flowers Anniversary rewards Performance Bonus Commission Career progression opportunities Medical Benefits

Job Description :
The Retail Florist, also our brand ambassador, will provide excellent customer service, sales advisory, and flower arrangement services to help our customers at the retail outlets.
If you are from the service / retail industry, customer-oriented and willing to pick up new skills (floral arrangement), we invite you to apply for our positions ! We have outlets islandwide.
- Employment Type : Full-time
- Working Time : 5-day Week ( 44 hours - include rotational weekends / public holidays )
- Retail hours @ NEX / Tampines Mall / CompassOne
- Salary : S$2000 to S$2500 per month
