Optimization of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance in AMHS•Summary: This project aims to optimize preventive and corrective maintenance procedures in AMHS by implementing hardware and software solutions that reduce cost, manpower, and PM time, with a focus on leveraging mechatronics and mechanical engineering expertise•Department: Automated Material Handling Systems•Project Title: Optimization of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance in AMHS•Project Description: AMHS maintenance activities often face constraints such as extended PM durations, high manpower dependency, and reactive corrective actions. This project introduces a structured approach to optimize these procedures by leveraging mechatronic and mechanical engineering principles. The intern will analyze current workflows, propose innovative solutions, and collaborate with the technical team to implement and validate improvements.
