RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Manager in executing the key SME / Banca Commercial strategies
• Responsible for the profitable growth and development of SME / Banca Commercial business to meet assigned targets
• Renewal reviews to ensure invited terms are aligned with company guidelines and standards.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Reinsurance and Claims teams to manage loss ratios
• Negotiate, underwrite, accept and renew business base on assigned underwriting authority
• Ensure compliance of Company's underwriting guidelines, service standards and all relevant regulatory requirements
• Monitor outstanding premium payable and implement the company's credit control policy
• Undertake any other duties as may be assigned
