Healthcare industry is currently looking for Patient Service  Associate

Current position available : Outpatient Clinic (5.5 Days work week) and Inpatient setting (3 rotating shifts)

  • Provide front line service to patients and visitors
  • Handle patient enquiries and settle complaints
  • Perform general admin work such as registration and booking appointment

  • Able to communicate with elderly patients effectively
