Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope :

  • Check consultants’ inputs of project details in variation order forms
  • Check consultants' submissions against established checklist
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all variation orders received from consultants
  • Review and verify payment supporting documents for projects before submitting to Contract Manager for Good Receipt processing against established checklist
  • Conduct detailed assessment of consultants' variation submissions for projects before routing to Contract Manager for Workflow approval against established checklist; and any other duties assigned.

Requirements :

  • Proficient in communication skills
  • Possess Quantity Surveyor related qualification or past working experience in construction related position.
  • Working Hours : Monday to Thursday : 9am to 6.30pm , Friday : 9am to 6pm

    Contract Period : 1 year

    Location : King George Avenue

    Salary : $3500-$5000 / month (depending on experience)
