• Kosmode Health Singapore, a NUS’ Food Science Technology spin-off, is a Singapore based holding company with a wholly owned subsidiary in Suzhou. Our mission is to expand access to health from nature as a business enabler to food and biomedical companies. Anchored on a triple technology platform, KosmodeHealth addresses four challenges in two industries: High cost of plant extractions limiting mass market access to quality plant health ingredients and high wastage of food processing side-stream (e.g. spent grains) in the food industry; and issues of animal protein as bioink material for 3D scaffold bioprinting and limited range of marketed 3D bioscaffold that is unable to meet the varied cell culture requirements of diverse range of cell types, in 3D cell culture market. Our core technology is a cost efficient, continuous cyclical plant extraction method that can extracts polyphenols, plant protein, soluble fiber from even food processing & agricultural by-products. Compared to current column chromatography extraction method, our technology has been validated to be enhance extraction yield, purity at a fraction of current method. Use of food grade solvent with high solvent recovery rate not only reduce cost and minimize environmental impact but also renders extracts to be halal certifiable. Application of extraction competencies in valorisation of food/agricultural by-products provides an economical source high value functional ingredients (such as plant protein, soluble fiber) to meet escalating demand for natural plant base ingredients. Plant proteins reclaimed from spent grains can also be formulated into Plant Protein Composite (PPC) bioink with our PPC bioink formulation methodology. PPC bioink has the cell growth promoting properties of natural proteins, but not issues of high cost and risk of animal disease transmission associated with animal proteins. PPC bioink printed by our proprietary precision 3D scaffold printing technology yields PPC scaffold, shown to enhance cell affinity/adhesion & growth. KosmodeHealth is the world’s only developed of PPC bioink/scaffolds and PPC scaffold customization service.

Job Summary

The Marketing Executive supports the Marketing Manager in driving business growth through strategic planning and execution of marketing and business development initiatives. This role involves generating leads, managing customer engagement, and delivering impactful online and offline campaigns to enhance brand presence and product sales, including new product launches.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop qualified business leads to expand market opportunities
• Manage subscriber and customer databases to maintain engagement and foster customer loyalty
• Participate actively in business development activities and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct market and competitor intelligence research to inform marketing strategies and identify growth areas
• Develop marketing presentations, videos, and collateral to strengthen corporate and product branding
• Design and implement online and offline marketing campaigns that increase market share and drive sales of W0W® noodles
• Organize and coordinate marketing events both online and offline to maximize brand exposure and customer interaction
• Monitor and analyze event and campaign performance using relevant metrics and report on return on investment (ROI)
• Support the development and execution of branding and marketing communication strategies
• Manage and update corporate and product websites to ensure accurate and engaging content
• Prepare and edit videos for social media posts to enhance digital engagement
• Design corporate and product collateral consistent with brand positioning and messaging
• Design product packaging that aligns with brand identity and market appeal
• Perform additional duties and assist with special projects as assigned to support overall marketing objectives
