About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Specialist to help drive Etronin’s online and retail sales growth. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of our e-commerce channels and support key sales initiatives across both digital and offline touchpoints.

You’ll play a key part in shaping how customers discover, experience, and buy our products from curating product displays online to coordinating promotions that bring our brand to life.

In this role, you will :

  • Oversee product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, company website) ensuring descriptions, visuals, and prices are accurate and appealing
  • Develop and execute sales campaigns such as seasonal promotions, bundle offers, and flash sales to drive revenue
  • Monitor online performance metrics (traffic, conversion, engagement) and identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure stock availability and smooth order fulfilment
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on product features, visuals, and storytelling that strengthen our online presence
  • Engage customers by responding to inquiries and ensuring a positive buying experience from start to finish

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sales, e-commerce, or online marketing (preferred, but not essential we value drive and curiosity)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail, especially when managing multiple listings or campaigns
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Familiarity with platforms like Shopee, Lazada, or Shopify is a plus
  • Background in the home appliances or consumer goods sector is an advantage
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
