Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Execute project management duties and ensure all key milestones are met within the schedule.
• Generate the master project schedule and monitor project execution milestones.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to carry out project implementation works.
• Monitor responsibilities of respective functions and ensure project milestones are on track.
• Coordinate and lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with customers and distributors.
• Ensure all project documentation is agreed upon and endorsed for delivery.
• Schedule and coordinate on-site testing and ensure smooth transition to the aftermarket team.
• Provide first-level technical support during project execution.
• Work with the engineering team on project feasibility studies and assist the Industrial Solutions team to generate project cost estimations.
• Submit monthly reports highlighting key issues or concerns related to project delivery and milestones.
• Provide engineering support on third-party products and drawings for submittals.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with interplant associates on deliveries, factory tests, and project documentation.
• Work closely with schedulers, customer service teams, and production teams to update project status in weekly meetings.
• Attend weekly site meetings with main contractors and consultants as required.
• Manage site installation work and ensure completion within stipulated timelines.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors on site installations, drawings, and materials submittals.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
