Category Director

The ideal candidate will lead strategic procurement initiatives, fostering collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and driving vendor consolidation strategies.

Main Responsibilities :
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of procurement policies and procedures.
Build strong alliances with internal business partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Promote category governance, spearheading forums to enhance team cohesion.
Design and execute strategic sourcing projects to select and negotiate with vendors.
Drive ESG agenda and embed sustainable practices in the supply chain.

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree or higher.

A minimum of 5 years relevant procurement experience.

Exceptional organizational, analytical, time management skills.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation skills.
