Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Report to Project Manager
  • Daily work scheduling of workers for projects.
  • Project co-ordination such as liaise with Main-con , Subcon and Project Stakeholders.
  • Assist and coordinate with Supervisors.
  • Planning, scheduling & coordinating with customers, building owners, and workers.
  • Responsible for as-built documentation.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Assist in data entry and other ad-hoc duties.

Job Specifications :

  • Min qualification : Diploma in construction-related discipline
  • Able to use AutoCAD
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ work experience in a Project Coordinator role
  • Good contractual knowledge and administration
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Good organisation skills, and able to multi-task
  • Good written communication skills in English
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently, and under pressure, to meet deadlines
  • Able to coordinate / communicate with project team
