Roles & Responsibilities
- Report to Project Manager
- Daily work scheduling of workers for projects.
- Project co-ordination such as liaise with Main-con , Subcon and Project Stakeholders.
- Assist and coordinate with Supervisors.
- Planning, scheduling & coordinating with customers, building owners, and workers.
- Responsible for as-built documentation.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist in data entry and other ad-hoc duties.

Min qualification : Diploma in construction-related disciplineAble to use AutoCADMinimum 1-2 years’ work experience in a Project Coordinator roleGood contractual knowledge and administrationMeticulous and detail-orientedGood organisation skills, and able to multi-taskGood written communication skills in EnglishStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently, and under pressure, to meet deadlinesAble to coordinate / communicate with project teamCandidates may send resume to admin@regalconst.com.sg for application
