Admin Assistant (5 days, Company Transport Provided)

Job Description :

• Manage day to day deployment of manpower to the respective routes.
• Prepare and submit paperwork for clearance.
• Attended to customer feedback.
• Prepare service memo & filing.
• Plan for day-to-day operations ensuring sufficient manpower is available for the routes.
• Key in daily attendance of workers.
• Prepare preliminary accident report within 24 hours of incident.
• Issue purchase orders.
• Prepare servicing schedule, delivery note.
• Renew VPC, insurance & road tax.
• Manage & assist on operational matters highlighted in operation group chat on Saturdays.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
