What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive Sales! Proactively follow up with customers to generate leads & secure sales opportunities.
- Order Management! Handle daily order processing, from quotations to fulfillment.
- Smooth Operations! Work closely with the outbound processing team to manage schedules and resolve any issues.
- Cross-Department Coordination! Communicate face-to-face with production staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Customer Engagement! Meet customers in person to handle orders and outbound matters.
- Be the Go-To Contact! Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate & Learn! Attend team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.
