Roles & Responsibilities

SSMC (Systems on Silicon Manufacturing Company Pte. Ltd.), is a Joint Venture between NXP and TSMC. We offer flexible and cost effective semiconductor fabrication solutions by maintaining fully equipped SMIF cleanroom environment, 100% equipment automation and proven wafer-manufacturing processes.

We’re searching for an Engineer / Senior Engineer to be part of our Etch diverse team of talent. You will be responsible to manage the integration of all modules' processes and the respective derivatives.

What you will be working on :

• Responsible for new Process Development and / or Process Transfer
• Process optimization for Yield and Productivity improvement
• Troubleshoot and resolve Process related issues
• Sustain and / or improve Process Capability, CpK
• Qualify and release tools for required MFG capacity
• Qualify alternate sources for Cost improvement
• Plan and execute Engineering Projects
• Continuous improvement through participation in 10k idea, LSS & BKM to create cost effective and robust processes with quality
• Setup, monitor and maintain SPC charts
• Adhere and complete necessary documentation
