Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Wash, clean, and prepare ducks for roasting or cooking according to SOPs
- Ensure all ducks are handled and stored properly to maintain freshness and hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and tools
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Dispose of waste and follow recycling procedures
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements :
Able to work within tight deadlinesPrior experience kitchen or food prep experience preferred but not required (training will be provided)Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standardsGood time management and organizational skillsPhysically fit and able to stand for extended hoursTeam player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic6 days’ work week (Monday to Friday 0715hrs to 1730hrs & Saturday 0715hrs to 1700hrs)Whatsapp 91834574 for more information
