This role offers broad exposure across legal contracts and corporate governance working closely with senior leadership on board regulatory and statutory matters. You will draft and manage key commercial agreements support transactions and due diligence and handle end-to-end corporate secretarial responsibilities across multiple jurisdictions. What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Law Legal Studies Business Law or a related discipline or qualified to practise in Singapore or Malaysia.
• Legal Executive or Paralegal certification with relevant hands-on experience is also welcomed.
• 34 years of experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal team within a multinational or regional organisation.
• Strong drafting and documentation skills across corporate and commercial matters.
• Highly organised detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently while coordinating across teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in startups fintech or financial services is an added advantage.
