Build and maintain relationships with community partners such as schools, charities, grassroots and corporate organisations.
Partner with Centre and Nurse Managers to design programs that engage residents and clients.
Lead and organize Vanguard-wide internal and external events.
Monitor the effectiveness of engagement activities and outreach programmes and review the strategy and implementation of these activities and programmes.
Develop and manage Vanguard’s volunteer framework.
Conduct activity briefings and implement feedback mechanisms.
Plan volunteer appreciation events, support group meetings, and get-togethers.
Cultivate sustainable volunteer partnerships and pipelines with other social service agencies.
Report and track volunteer metrics consistently.
Monitor and respond to donations promptly.
Provide accurate donation reporting and ensure timely updates to management.
Requirements :
A degree in Mass Communications, or Journalism would be preferred.
Prior experience within the healthcare sector, with a not-for-profit organisation, and / or interacting with individuals with psychiatric conditions would be preferred.
Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Proficiency in our National languages will be preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data presentation.
Savvy in design softwares and platforms such as Canva and Piktochart.
Eye for details and meticulous in planning of events from start to the end.
Proven capability to drive strategic Public Relations campaigns to achieve measurable results.
Can-do positive attitude, with interest to engage the elderly.
People-centric and possess sound EQ to work with various levels within the clinical and rehab setting.
Customer service-focused attitude and approach and have a pleasant personality.
