Our guests have a wide range of dietary preferences / intolerances, and we make sure that we feed them well with only what they can have. Our passion also extends beyond food, as we are dedicated to delivering excellent service, consistent high-quality food to provide our guests with amazing dining experiences.
What you will be doing :
- Prepare orders for food service consistently to specifications as per recipes
- Handle ingredients and maintain mise en place
- Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, hygiene and sanitisation in all areas
- Manage wastage control
- Plan and prepare staff meals daily
- Coordinate with the Front of House team to ensure smooth operations
- Advise customers on allergies and intolerances
- Stay knowledgeable about ingredients; including seasonality and sourcing
- Manage stock inventory
- Wash dishes, maintain equipment, maintain exhaust, where required
- Conduct other tasks, where required
What you'd need :
Enjoy working in a disciplined and fast-paced environmentHas excellent command of the English languageAble to communicate effectively and efficiently with the teamWorks well within a teamEager to learn and take on challengesHighly self-motivatedCulinary Diploma or 2 years of kitchen experience and excellent knife skills preferredHappy to work on weekends and public holidays : 5-6 days a week / 48-52 hours a weekWhat you will enjoy :
