You will be responsible for the execution and management of Performance Management cycles to support the Hospital's overall human resource strategies. This includes the annual performance appraisal exercise and promotion exercises of non-medical employees. You will have opportunities to collaborate with stakeholders to devise strategies for the management of performance and career planning, whilst identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will also have opportunities to be involved in compensation related projects and contribute to streamlining HR workflows through data analysis and system optimisation.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree, preferably in Human Capital Management
At least 4 years' HR experience, preferably with a focus on performance management. Experienced candidate will be offered a higher job title.
Meticulous, resourceful and has good organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage large volumes of data accurately
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Experience in SAP SuccessFactors is an added advantage
