Key Responsibilities :
- Hunt and Secure New Business : Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet targets and drive revenue growth.
- Business Development Strategies : Develop and execute business development strategies to interact with local and regional vendors, securing best rates for customer proposals.
- Performance Management : Analyze performance of owned customers, identify areas for improvement, and implement actions to drive growth and profitability.
- Tender / Bid Work : Assist with tender / RFQ / bid processes as required.
- Internal Stakeholder Relationship Management : Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, including Tech, Product, CS, Operations, and others.
- Process Improvement Contributions : Contribute ideas on process improvements and implement related improvements.
- Additional Job Assignments : Execute and manage all other jobs assigned by immediate and dotted line superiors.
