Do you have the energy of a cheer squad and the strategy of a coach? Our Gymnastics Club is looking for a Sports Manager to help us grow bigger, stronger, and more connected with our community.

This isn’t your average desk job — it’s about building relationships, sparking excitement, and creating opportunities for kids (and their families) to fall in love with gymnastics.

Grow the Club : Boost memberships, programs, and retention with creative sales strategies.

Make Connections : Partner with schools both local and international, & community groups to get our name bouncing around town.

Bring the Fun : Plan events, open houses, and promos that showcase our awesome programs.

Keep Families Happy : Build strong, lasting relationships with parents and members.

Track the Wins : Monitor numbers, set goals, and celebrate milestones.

Think Fresh : Bring new ideas and trends to keep our club ahead of the game.

Experienced in sales, business development (bonus points if it’s in sports or kids’ activities!).
