Sales and Operations Manager – Inbound Travel

The Traveller DMC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Sales and Operations Executive.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and prepare quotations for group bookings in response to enquiries from our partners.
• Coordinate group operations, including but not limited to liaising with Hotels, Attractions, and Event Venues and ensuring smooth execution of travel plans.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations team to optimize processes and improve customer experience.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with our partners, providing them with accurate and prompt responses to their enquiries.
• Assist in developing sales strategies and setting sales targets.
