Role and Responsibilities
- Development of vision and strategies towards the achievement of the department's sales & profit target
- Developing a sustainable business model with innovative ideas and solutions
- Working closely with cross function teams and departments to develop and execute best-in-class product, marketing and retail strategies with the objective of building and strengthening the company's brand positioning in the Air-conditioning market
- Together with the product marketing manager, manage the product portfolio's roadmap and lifecycle
- Leading a team of key account managers in developing and growing distribution channels (B2C / B2B) and establishing a strong long-term relationship with our business partners and key decision makers
- Supported by Pre-sales Engineer, provide technical designs and consultations to meet project requirements
- Working closely with service team to create a top-notch after sales service
- Leading, coaching and mentoring to ensure team members personal growth and job satisfaction. Managing team's day to day operations which includes but not limited to :
- Product Management
- Market Analysis
- Key Account Management
- P&L Management
- Supply Chain Management
- Pre-sales / After sales
- Management reporting
Skills and Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma but ideally a Degree (in Business or Engineering), with at least 10 years of experience in Air-conditioning business, with strong connections within the industry and understanding of the market preferredSkilled in P&L and people managementExperience in both Sales and MarketingSuccessful sales track record in both B2B and B2CExcellent in cognitive thought and problem solvingCreative and innovativePossess excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAble to multi-task and possess good project management and presentation skillsJ-18808-Ljbffr
