Job descriptionMinimum Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for setting up, installing, and troubleshooting semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to service, maintain, and upgrade equipment.
- Conduct technical training for customers on equipment setup, operation, and maintenance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.
