Job descriptionCCIE Certification Cisco Routers and Switches L2 Network Support Firewall Administration Troubleshoot and resolve network issues escalated from the L1 support team. Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability. Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot network equipment including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points. Work closely with L3 engineers to implement new network solutions and improve the efficiency of current networks. Perform regular network maintenance and system upgrades including patches, hotfixes, and security configurations. Document network problems and resolution steps for future reference and knowledge sharing. Maintain an up-to-date inventory of network devices and licenses. Enforce network security policies and procedures. Participate in on-call support rotation as needed.
