Job descriptionMinimum 8 years architectural experience with Degree in relevant field, and at least 5 years of experience in construction supervision for projects of similar scale and complexity in local context. Experience with LTA project is preferable.
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
- Overseeing architectural work, supervise architectural works on site to ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, and local regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress, workmanship and materials used.
- Meeting and coordinate with client, consultants, contractors, and REs / RTOs to resolve architectural or technical issues.
- Review and endorse architectural shop drawings, samples, and method statements, reports. Prepare and maintain project documentation
- Project management, ensure timely progress of architectural works, budgets, resources and assist in resolving site constraints or discrepancies.
- Report site issues, non-compliances, and defects to the QP (Qualified Person) and project team.
