Job description
- Achieve and exceed sales target assigned
- Attend to customers’ enquiries on timely basis
- Provide excellent customer service and handle feedback and complaints
- Maintain and develop customer relationships through an individual approach
- Engage in telemarketing to make appointments with potential leads
- Be proactively engaged in maximizing sales opportunity
- Process and arrange sales of product and liaising with internal department
- Consistent follow up after-sales and handle related paperwork
- Prepare for meeting and document sales activities
- Upkeep knowledge of sales, promotions, policies and product
- Perform other duties as assigned
