Job Description
Handle both staff (white collar) and blue collar (construction workers)
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, not limited to recruitment, orientation, leave & training administration, administration of employee benefits and other HR operations
 - Responsible for updating of HR database, prepare monthly report and authorities survey form for submission
 - Provide support in all administrative functions
 - Assist in organising company activities and participate in company CSR events
 - Assist in HR initiatives, programs and projects
 - Support in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
 - Assist to cover receptionist duties as and when required
 - Any ad-hoc task as assigned by immediate supervisor
