Key Responsibilities :
Customer Transformation Support
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define and refine transformation goals aligned with business objectives.
- Contribute to the design of target operating models, transformation roadmaps, and governance structures.
- Support digital enablement initiatives across data, automation, and AI to help accelerate business outcomes.
Consulting & Advisory
Assess customer challenges and develop practical, data-driven recommendations.Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to capture requirements and build consensus.Deliver clear, actionable strategies that balance innovation with executable plans.Architecture & Solution Collaboration
Work with senior architects and delivery teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with transformation goals.Support architectural reviews and contribute to solution design documentation.Maintain awareness of overall architectural integrity across engagements.Value Realization & Relationship Management
Help define success metrics and support customers in tracking the impact of transformation initiatives.Build strong, trusted working relationships with client teams.Contribute to continuous value delivery through proactive communication and insight sharing.Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving business practices.Share insights and recommendations on how innovation can enhance customer programs.Participate in proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot implementations.Team Collaboration & Growth
Collaborate with senior consultants, architects, and internal teams to deliver cohesive solutions.Support knowledge sharing and contribute to team capability building.Assist in business development efforts, including proposal input, solution ideation, and presentations.Qualifications : Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Experience :
5–8 years of experience in consulting, business transformation, or enterprise architecture.Prior experience working directly with clients or external stakeholders.Demonstrated contribution to large-scale transformation or digital enablement programs.Expertise :
Strong understanding of business strategy, transformation frameworks, and operating model design.Familiarity with digital technologies such as cloud, AI / ML, data analytics, and automation.Understanding of governance, risk management, and performance measurement in transformation programs.Soft Skills :
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.Strong relationship management and collaboration skills.Ability to translate complex ideas into actionable insights and deliver practical recommendations.Tell employers what skills you have
