Co‑Development Business Unit – Project Manager (Fixed‑term contract, 1 year)

We are searching for an outgoing individual that is able to cultivate relationships with different stakeholders, build a community, drive adoption, and is passionate about running marketing campaigns and events. What will you do?

Manage / engage government agencies, strategize & plan, and drive adoption through marketing campaigns, programs, and events. Evaluate and pinpoint the sustained competitive advantages of our product offerings amid a swiftly changing marketplace. Work closely with product managers, developers, and UX designers to develop and mold comprehensive go‑to‑market strategies for products / programs over multiple years. Run events, workshops, webinars, and build cases for potential opportunities, generating insightful recommendations regarding strategic possibilities and operational efficiency. Own the marketing plan to grow the community and develop the business. Build the brand and awareness of the products. Craft Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs) and develop content for an email marketing campaign. Source and develop marketing collateral (e.g., merchandise, prizes). Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback for the team. Respond to user queries and drive conversion. Collaborate with software developers, UI / UX designers, data analysts, business analysts, product managers, and quality engineers. Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and events. Experience in digital marketing – email marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and marketing analytics. Proven experience in planning and executing events, workshops, and webinars. Proficiency in project management and cross‑functional collaboration. Able to understand technical concepts in product. Able to contextualize and switch between macro product market strategy and micro product engagement with other government agencies. Knowledge of design tools (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canva). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time‑management skills. Able to thrive in an uncertain and agile environment. Work independently and collaborate in a team. Appetite for learning and development. Creative with an eye for design and data‑insights driven. Outgoing personality, proactive, and takes initiative. Resourceful problem solver.
