Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the digital transformation efforts across our Southeast Asia markets.

As a Digital Transformation Leader, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. You will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions to address these gaps. Your expertise in digital platforms and hands-on experience in digital planning and execution will be invaluable in achieving our goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital transformation or strategic transformation consulting, with at least 10 years of experience in the field. A Master's degree in Data Science & Data Management or a related field is preferred. You should have hands-on experience with activation across digital platforms, including Google Ads, TikTok, X, Meta, DV360, Microsoft Ads. Proficiency in Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics is also desired. Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence with a focus on Machine Learning, LLM, and digital metrics is essential. A passion for innovation and a willingness to learn new skills will also serve you well in this role.
