results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our growth
strategy in the exhibition and event industry. This role demands a

Sales
Strategy & Execution
implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue and
market share goals.

high-value clients.
Client Acquisition
& Relationship Management
Prospect, pitch, and close new business opportunities across the
exhibition and events sector.
relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction from
initial briefing to final execution.
the key point of contact for ongoing client communication and
retention.
Team Leadership & Sales
Process Management
manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of
accountability and performance.
complete sales cycle - from lead generation and proposal
development to negotiation and

Market Intelligence &
Reporting

decisions.

Required Skills
& Qualifications
experience in B2B sales, ideally within exhibitions, events,
design, or experiential marketing.
Business Development Acumen with a demonstrated ability to close
large deals and expand client portfolios.
Understanding of Exhibition Stand Design Principles, materials,
modular solutions, and on-ground execution.
Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills - both verbal and
written.
Proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Financial Awareness - ability to work with revenue targets, sales
forecasts, and cost structures.
English and Mandarin
