We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Analytics to lead the Product Analytics team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
The Product Analytics Team drives product strategy and innovation by providing actionable insights on customers and products, contributing to business success. Our diverse team of data professionals is based in Singapore and Berlin, working closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to directly influence product direction. We collaborate with a larger data team, including data engineers, data scientists, and ML engineers, to share knowledge and expertise.
You will have the opportunity to access high volume, rich user behaviour data, engage in end to end product development cycles, work on complex product problems, and learn from many experienced data professionals.
Responsibilities
- Working with senior product leadership in delivering a delightful experience to our users.
- Setting the right OKRs and metrics for the team.
- Shaping the product strategy for the tribe with a holistic understanding of all business and user experiential considerations.
- Educating product and business stakeholders on analytics / experimentation best-practices and contribute to data-based decision-making.
- Supporting the analysts in delivering high quality work products; build and maintain the credibility of the analytics team as a key partner in product development.
- Building strong working relationships with all key functional leads (Design, Engineering, Product, UX Research) for your domain.
- Working with data engineering, experimentation, data scientists and other technical counterparts in optimising analytics infrastructure and simplifying workflows.
- Being a people manager that empowers and inspires their team to do great work.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or an equivalent education.Around 7-10 years experience in the Analytics space in fast-growing and dynamic environments, with at least some experience directly managing teams.Strong experience in leveraging SQL for analytics (BigQuery experience is a plus).Experience designing online controlled experiments and analysing results with a solid background in statistics.Experience building self-service analytics dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio (Data Studio) etc.Experience working with large scale user data (transactional, click stream etc.).Background in Statistics, knowledge about statistical test design and analysis preferably hands on experience in designing and running A / B tests at scale.Experience with customer behavior tracking platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe, Webtrekk, MixPanel, SnowPlow, Piwik, Tealium, Segment etc.).Experience with BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform, and Google Analytics would be a plus.Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders across various disciplines.What we offer
