Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee a boys’ hostel in Singapore. The Head of Home will manage daily operations, ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents, and lead a team dedicated to the welfare and development of young residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for programs, case management, and operations.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff; oversee performance and professional development.
• Ensure adherence to standards, draft and update SOPs, and manage incident reporting.
• Assist with budgeting, expenditure monitoring, and liaise with authorities as required.
• Coordinate with agencies and community partners for resources, programs, and learning opportunities.
• Ensure departmental goals align with organizational objectives.
