Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the submission of Main Contract progress claims, variation claims, and EOT claims.
- Lead the preparation and negotiation of subcontract agreements and final accounts.
- Resolve contractual disputes with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Manage cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control for construction projects.
- Prepare detailed cost comparisons and procurement recommendations for review by senior management.
- Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure adherence to budgets.
- Lead the preparation and submission of variation orders, claims, and EOT requests.
- Ensure all claims are supported by accurate documentation and comply with contract terms.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including cost forecasts and cash flow projections.
Job Requirements :
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industryGood Pay + Good allowance + Good Bonus
