Job Description & Requirements
- Prepare proposal and budget estimates for new contracts / tenders.
- Develop, review and monitor the compliance of the tender and contracts policies and guidelines, in line with the industry's best practice.
- Liaise and negotiate with clients, vendors, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants on project requirement.
- Work closely with tender team in preparation of tender submission.
- A great eyes for details in evaluating quotation, assess variation order (VO), escalation, abortive work, measure quantities / taking off and accounts finalization.

Job Requirements :
Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering.Strong interpersonal skills with prior cost estimation experience in a M&E construction environment.Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to critically analyze issues and creatively identify solutions.High level of initiative, independent and meticulous.Able to work under tight deadlines.At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.Well versed in Ms Excel, AutoCAD.Preferably able to use BIM software like Revit / Cubicost.Willingness to work at Tuas area with transportation pickup at designated MRT station.Tell employers what skills you have
