Audit
Manager
The Audit Manager plays a
key role in leading and managing a portfolio of audit engagements
from planning through to completion. This includes client
acceptance, engagement execution, and finalization while ensuring
quality, efficiency, and compliance with professional standards.
He / She is fully accountable for the success of each engagement,
monitoring progress against budget and timeline, and contributing
to the firm's long-term growth by building strong client
relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Beyond
client service, the Audit Manager contributes to continuous
improvement of audit methodologies and assumes leadership in
professional development through training, staff recruitment, and
resource
planning.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of audit clients across diversified
industries.
Serve as the main liaison between
the firm and clients, providing timely responses to inquiries and
maintaining regular communication throughout the audit
process.
Build and maintain strong client
relationships, while identifying and pursuing business development
opportunities with new and existing clients.
Oversee audit assignments to ensure timely completion
within the agreed budget and quality standards.
Review and provide technical expertise to ensure audit
work complies with professional standards and
requirements.
Contribute to continuous
improvement in audit methodology and processes.
Mentor, develop, and motivate team members to enhance
technical competencies and ensure efficient
performance.
Requirements
Degree in Accountancy or a professional accounting
qualification
At least 4 years of working
experience.
Strong initiative, attention to
detail, and ability to work independently.
Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and
interpersonal skills.
Strong written and
verbal communication skills.
