About The Opportunity :

You will architect and design robust, scalable, and secure Java-based systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices!

Responsibilities :

Lead the hands-on development of core components and features, writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Design, develop, and deploy Java-based microservices using modern frameworks and tools.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers, fostering a culture of high code quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks and complex technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance and scalability.
Analyze and resolve intricate technical challenges, demonstrating a strong ability to troubleshoot and find innovative solutions.
While the primary focus of this role is on Java, the ideal candidate is a lifelong learner with a strong desire to expand their skill set to include languages like Go and Rust to meet future project requirements.

Qualifications :

12+ years of hands-on Java development experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of core Java concepts, advanced features, and the JVM.

Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying Java-based microservices architectures.

Strong experience with a variety of modern Java frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Quarkus) and build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle).

Deep understanding of concurrency, multi-threading, and distributed systems within the Java ecosystem.

Strong knowledge of modern architectural patterns and design principles, including Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Event-Driven Architecture, and cloud-native patterns.

Demonstrated ability to guide and mentor other developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native development practices.

Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools.

Understanding of DevOps principles and experience with CI / CD pipelines.

Knowledge of blockchain and web technologies
