Job Summary / Purpose
Responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, coordinating closely with operations for smooth order fulfillment, and ensuring customer satisfaction while protecting the company’s interests
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Strengthen and deepen relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships
- Prepare and support monthly business presentations and performance reviews
- Identify sales trends, analyze performance data, and report on key sales and operational metrics
- Liaise closely with the Planning and Operations teams on a daily basis to monitor actual, outstanding, and forecasted orders (domestic and overseas)
- Optimize logistics flow to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations
- Manage customer requests with a judicial and balanced approach — avoiding unreasonable urgent demands that disrupt operations — while providing proactive remedy plans and managing customer expectations effectively
- Conduct regular customer visits to maintain strong rapport and gather market intelligence
- Oversee payment management to ensure timely collection after delivery, shipment departure, or invoicing
- Investigate, coordinate, and resolve customer issues related to deliveries, shipments, or purchase order discrepancies, exercising sound judgment, a judicial mindset, strong risk management, and a firm commitment to safeguarding the company’s interests
Qualifications
