Presales Consultant [Cybersecurity | Network Infrastructure | Solution Design | Pre-Sales Support]

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support on assigned cybersecurity products to customers and partners.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop and position solutions for go-to-market strategies and customer proposals.
• Understand customers’ IT / Security infrastructure and business requirements.
• Perform strategic cybersecurity solution selling and product demonstrations.
• Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) for proposed cybersecurity or network performance solutions.
• Work with solution vendors on business solution proposals, attending to RFI / RFP design, compliance, and clarifications.
• Develop design guidelines and recommend improvements for customers’ cybersecurity solutions.
• Perform in-house lab tests to validate customer POC setups, endpoint / network designs, and deployments.
• Keep up-to-date with competitive products, solutions, and industry trends.
• Provide enablement training for partners’ post-sales engineers and internal sales staff.
• Maintain good rapport with customers and vendors to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

Solid technical knowledge in :

Internet architecture & network infrastructure

Software Defined Networks (SDN)

Network performance tools and solutions

UNIX, Windows, VMware

Security domains : Endpoint, Email, Web & Cloud
