Job Responsibilities
- Investigate and assess transaction monitoring alerts, collaborating with relevant departments to evaluate and resolve potential issues. Ensure all findings and conclusions from reviews and investigations are accurately documented.
- Conduct trade surveillance across multiple asset classes, including equities, derivatives, and cryptocurrency transactions, ensuring thorough documentation of all outcomes.
- Assist in the design and enhancement of surveillance systems, working closely with the product team to ensure systems operate as intended.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes that may impact surveillance programs and continuously seek improvements to maintain program relevance and compliance.
- Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with local laws and regulations.
- Promote effective collaboration across departments, acting as a liaison between compliance and other teams, including legal and risk management, to address compliance concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Respond to regulatory inquiries from authorities and upstream providers in a timely and professional manner.
Job Requirements :
Degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in compliance or related roles.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Capable of performing under pressure and meeting tight deadlines without compromising accuracy.Proactive, dependable team player with the ability to work independently.Professional compliance certifications (e.g., CAMS, ICA Diploma) are preferred.HOW TO APPLY :
