Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary :

Working day : Mon- Friday 7am to 5pm with 2 break, Saturday 7 - 12pm with 1 break (5.5days)

Working Location : Islandwide

Salary : $3000-$3800

Job Description :

• Supervising multiple team of cleaners for different projects
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure cleaning quality meets client expectations
• Schedule staff shifts and manage manpower deployment
• Provide guidance and coaching of new team members.
• Train new cleaning staff and ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards
• Address client feedback and resolve operational issues promptly Submit reports and updates to management
