Job Title : Tiling foreman

Requirements :

1. Proven experience as tiling foreman

2. Solid knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and site safety guidelines

3. Ability to read drawings and plans

4. Excellent organizational and leadership skills

5. Ability to communicate and report effectively

6. Problem-solving abilities to respond ad-hoc matters or emergency issues

7. Good physical condition and stamina

8. Have CTE Tiling- R1 certificate

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
• Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew
• Allocate general and daily responsibilities
• Supervise and train workers
• Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
• Supervise the use of electric tools
• Resolve problems when they arise

Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.
