Assistant Engineer / 12hours Rotating Shift @woodlands

Information Salary range : Basic up to $3,500; Day Shift- $10++, Night Shift-$20++ 12hrs Shift (Work 4 day, Off 2 days, Rest 1 day); working hrs will be advice during interview. Company Transport : JB / & Various location Responsibilities Ensure sufficient manpower, verify receipt of quantities / materials, update inventory / work order details. Ensuring production processes are executed under controlled and standardized conditions. Set up machinery / equipment in accordance with specified parameters & guidelines. Ensure operators are adhere to work instructions and provide technical support to resolve issues. Issue DO for parts to subcontractors and reviewing & approving operators’ output records. Make decisions for quality concerns to meet product standards, suspend production if issues arise. Report quality / production issues to supervisor. Analyzing and investigating defective products. Coordinating quality system audits and ensuring timely resolution of identified issues. Identify work risks, recommending risk mitigation measures and implementing practices. Investigating accidents to determine root causes, promote EHS through training and initiatives. Requirements Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with 3 years in manufacturing operation. Possess leadership and able to train operators Experience in conducting safety audits and investigating incidents. Knowledge of electrical systems and instrumentation.
