Roles & Responsibilities
The Accounts Executive duties and responsibilities are as follows :
- Handle full set of accounts for monthly closing which includes : -
- Raise invoices
- Raise journals
- Input of invoices and payment of invoices
- Preparation of suppliers’ payment
- Cash book maintenance
- Cash flow projection
- Monthly Management Reports
- GST preparation and submission
- Tax preparation and submission
- Preparation and sending out the monthly Statement of Accounts to customers
- Quarterly, half yearly and year-end financial closing.
- Preparation of Financial Statements for year-end closing
- Preparation of Audit Schedules
- XBRL preparation and submission of Financial Statements
- Assist in internal and external audit
- Assist in tax and GST queries
- Ensure compliances of Accounting standards and regulations
- Other duties as assigned by Departmental Manager.
