Roles & Responsibilities
Working Location : West Coast Plaza
Working Hours : 48 hours / week (Rotating Shifts, including Weekends & PHs)
Monthly Salary : Manager (Up to S$4.5K) | Asst Manager (Up to S$4K)
Job Description : Restaurant Operation
- Training and supervision of restaurant staff, ensuring exceptional service.
- Ensuring the store premises are well maintained, clean and safe.
- Ensure a pleasant atmosphere for diners.
- Overseeing food presentation and supermarket products to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
- Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
- Reviewing customer feedback to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Report any incident / accident, customer complaints or feedback to management.
- Understand the duties of a Cashier.
- Place a purchase order from the supplier.
- Plan out the duty roster for the Service Team.
- Assist in operations to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Retail
Monitoring supermarket inventory, ensuring all products and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.Ensure supermarket products are stocked, displays are neat and attractive, priced correctly and displayed safely.Job Requirements :
Good communication and teamwork, e.g., respectful communication between the kitchen & service team.Maintain quality, excellent service and cleanliness at all times.Good knowledge of products.Any other duties assigned by Senior Manager / Management.Nextbeat Singapore Pte.Ltd.
