Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a production team involved in machining and assembly to meet production schedules and customer needs.
- Drive employee development through performance management, coaching, training, and talent acquisition in alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain a safe, organized work environment by implementing 6S standards and overseeing machine optimization and capacity planning.
- Support Lean / Kaizen initiatives, resolve issues with other cells, and ensure accurate ERP system updates (Syteline).
- Oversee team morale, manage attendance, and conduct performance reviews while addressing grievances and disciplinary issues.
Requirements :
Degree in Engineering or equivalent.At least 5 years of supervisory experience in production operations within the Aerospace Manufacturing Industry.Strong knowledge with CNC machining and programming.Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Lean manufacturing principles.If you are keen to apply for the position, kindly email your detailed resume in MS Word to hr@recruit-expert.com
