Production Supervisor (Aerospace Manufacturing) - RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a production team involved in machining and assembly to meet production schedules and customer needs.
• Drive employee development through performance management, coaching, training, and talent acquisition in alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment by implementing 6S standards and overseeing machine optimization and capacity planning.
• Support Lean / Kaizen initiatives, resolve issues with other cells, and ensure accurate ERP system updates (Syteline).
• Oversee team morale, manage attendance, and conduct performance reviews while addressing grievances and disciplinary issues.
