Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support including responding to emails, letters, and faxes.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, book travel arrangements, and handle expense claims.
- Prepare and handle correspondence, record updates, legal documents, court bundles, and other related paperwork.
- Prepare and send out bills, including drafting bill narrations; track billing status and follow up with reminders as needed.
- Any other matters / projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time.
Requirements :
Minimum qualification of ‘O’ Level, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in any discipline.Minimum two years of experience in a secretarial or personal assistant role, preferably within a law firm.Entry-level candidates with a strong interest in developing a career in the legal field are also welcome to apply.Possesses strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask and perform effectively under tight deadlines.Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and IT-savvyPlease visit our website at www.drewnapier.com for other available vacancies.
