Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Administrative Assistant to join our growing team at Pints.ai. As part of our journey to revolutionize the financial sector with cutting-edge AI solutions, you will play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, innovative environment where no two days are the same. From managing payroll and office operations to planning events and coordinating travel, you will be the backbone that ensures our team can stay focused on building world-class AI products.

Your responsibilities will span across :

Operational Support

  • Handle payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Prepare employment contracts and other HR-related paperwork (onboarding, renewals, amendments, record-keeping).
  • Manage bill and utilities payments to keep the office running efficiently.
  • Take on office management duties, ensuring a productive and welcoming workspace.

Logistics & Coordination

  • Plan and organize company events, from team gatherings to client-facing functions.
  • Coordinate staff travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Run errands and support day-to-day operational needs.
  • Ad-Hoc Support

  • Assist with any other administrative or project-related tasks as required.
  • Act as a dependable point of contact for ensuring smooth execution of company operations.
