Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description :
o Assists in supervising the on-site team, coordinating schedules and distributing daily tasks and activities
o Perform corrective maintenance of Products
o Provide the secondary response to any technical issues encountered by the Products
o Lead in attending to Tier 2 - Hardware related issues via remote or on-site support
o Assist in attending to Tier 3 - Software related issues via remote or on-site support
o Escalate higher level issue to superior for immediate advice and action whenever needed
o Mentor the Senior Service Technicians to equip them with periodic maintenance and Tier 1 technical support skills
o Prepare and submit Service Report, Maintenance Report and other Operations related documents as needed
o Execute ad hoc tasks on behalf of the Robotics Operations Team as needed
Skillsets :
o Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Computer Engineering or other related fields
o Proven work experience of at least 2 years as a Senior Service Technician or a similar role
o Knowledgeable of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV)
o Proficiency in mechanical / electrical hardware troubleshooting and repair
o Familiarity in system / network troubleshooting and repair
o Ability to read and interpret mechanical / electrical prints and other related technical documentation
o Strong knowledge of equipment, tools and components used in the industry
o Proficiency in using computers and basic applications such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
o Ability to work independently and remain professional under pressure
o Ability to clearly communicate with colleagues and end users
