Job descriptionHigh school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification in CNC machining or related field is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience operating CNC turning and milling machines. Experience with Fanuc Control machine, is a plus. Proficiency in using various measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc.). Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and report on machine performance and production status. 5 day work week company transport provided Medical benefit Dental benefit

Responsibilities :
- Set up and operate CNC turning and milling machines to produce high-quality metal parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files. Input machine parameters and program settings to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and workholding devices for efficient and accurate machining.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect finished parts to verify conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.
- Adhere to safety regulations and best practices in the workplace.
